Collaborative Scouting: Mandarin Language and Intercultural Learning

Many Mandarin teachers and students are looking for learning opportunities to engage with Mandarin speakers and many global programs are seeking to engage interculturally with communities within North America. In support of these needs, GEBG will partner with Real Asia to offer a scouting program in Vancouver and Victoria, British Columbia. Participants will have the opportunity to learn more about the Chinese-Canadian communities and preview numerous cultural and language learning activities, as you discuss curricular opportunities and model practices in scouting locations and vetting partners.
